MIX Fresh Kitchen is famed Halifax chef Ray Bear’s latest dinning establishment. Sitting a stone’s throw from the Halifax waterfront and the Jazz Festival’s main stage, Bear and his team prepare and serve refined, beautifully plated and presented dishes full of local and international flavour.

With a breezy, funky atmosphere, MIX provides an escape from the buzz of the city while allowing you to remain fully immersed in it. The food, wines and desserts are unique, fun and most of all, tasty. Though high quality, MIX’s food is also affordable and award winning, having taken home the Chronicle Herald’s “Restaurant of the Year” award in their 2010 “Stick a Fork in it” review and first runner up for Restaurant of The Year in the Coast’s Annual Reader Survey. The MIX Burger currently graces the cover of the Coast’s “2011 Halifax Food and Drink Guide.”
